Counseling

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own.

Life can be difficult, and sometimes the things we carry become heavier than we expected. Grief, anxiety, relationship struggles, past experiences or simply feeling stuck can leave us wondering how to move forward.

Counseling offers a place to slow down, talk openly and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing.

A space where you can be yourself

You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what’s wrong before reaching out. Sometimes, just having someone listen without judgment can make a difference.

My approach to counseling is grounded in compassion, honesty and respect. I believe that people are more than the challenges they face, and that meaningful change begins when we feel heard, understood and supported.

Together, we can explore what’s happening in your life, recognize patterns that may be holding you back and find practical ways to move toward greater emotional well-being.

How I can help

I provide counseling for individuals, couples and families navigating a range of challenges, including:

  • Grief, loss and major life changes

  • Anxiety, depression and emotional distress

  • Trauma and difficult past experiences

  • Addiction and recovery

  • Relationship and family difficulties

  • Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck

Every person’s experience is different. Our work together will reflect your needs, your circumstances and what matters most to you.

Taking the first step

Reaching out for counseling can feel uncomfortable, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own.

You don’t need to have everything worked out before we begin. We can start wherever you are.

If you’re considering counseling, I’d welcome the opportunity to hear from you and explore how we might work together.
